The Challenge

The main challenge was to create a visually striking commercial development that worked well for both retailers and visitors. The project needed clear circulation, maximum storefront visibility, inviting public spaces, and a premium shopping experience.

The Concept

The design uses clean geometric forms, illuminated façade elements, vertical detailing, and contemporary materials. Transparency and lighting help create a dynamic street presence, making the mall visually engaging during the day and after dark.

The Outcome

Evergreen Square Mall emerged as a sophisticated retail destination with strong architectural identity, smooth movement, and modern visual appeal. As a commercial architect Delhi NCR project, it contributes to the evolving commercial landscape of Greater Noida.
